If you’re interested and/or want to see verification of its existence, look into quantum physics. An amazing example of its use is in the double slit experiment which shows particles behave differently depending on whether or not they’re being observed. So the question becomes: Who is observing the observer? The second article explains this experiment & resulting theory a bit better.
